Copyright Policy
ToolRocketX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
We are committed to protecting the rights of content creators and copyright holders. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a notification with the required information.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on ToolRocketX without permission, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Required Information for a DMCA Notice
To ensure your DMCA notice is valid and processed promptly, please include:
- Identification of the Work: Clearly identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the Material: Provide the specific URL(s) or location(s) of the infringing material.
- Your Contact Information: Full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court.
Response Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material.
- Take reasonable steps to contact the user and inform them of the notice.
- Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant if received.
- Restore the material if no lawsuit is filed within 10-14 business days.
We reserve the right to remove any content that appears to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
